HEAL Trafficking’s Annual Reports

In our third Annual Report, we reflect on a year of building the infrastructure, tools, and partnerships that enable healthcare systems to deliver survivor-centered care at scale.

In 2025, HEAL trained more than 3,000 professionals, engaged over 400 organizations, and expanded access to education through new offerings including HEAL Hour and the Labor Trafficking Training Program.

This report highlights how HEAL is strengthening the systems that make lasting change possible — from updated clinical tools and expanded training pathways to peer-reviewed research and field-wide advocacy.

In our second Annual Report, we reflect on a year of deepened impact and expanded global reach. In 2024, HEAL launched new labor trafficking education initiatives, introduced our Bi-Weekly Bulletin, and partnered with healthcare leaders across the globe to embed survivor-centered protocols into national systems.

Although 2023 marked our first-ever Annual Report, it came after a decade of groundwork. This inaugural report tells the story of HEAL’s evolution into the global leader at the intersection of healthcare and trafficking response.
