Devin Kennamer is Senior Director of Operations at HEAL Trafficking, where he leads organizational operations, communications, and systems in support of healthcare responses to human trafficking. With more than 14 years of experience across nonprofit organizations, startup environments, and large-scale initiatives, he has built a career helping organizations grow, professionalize operations, and navigate periods of rapid change.

His experience spans organizational scaling, team and consultant management, communications and marketing systems, fundraising support, budget oversight, and operational leadership. Across roles, Devin has supported executive leaders in building stronger systems, managing complex priorities, and translating strategy into effective implementation. At HEAL, he works to strengthen organizational infrastructure and support programs that advance survivor-centered, trauma-informed healthcare responses to trafficking.

Outside of work, Devin enjoys photography, travel, and exploration through food, architecture, and everyday life.
