Kristin Potterbusch, MPH, is a "connector of dots" and realistic innovator with nearly two decades of expertise leading strategy, innovation, and sustainable change across public health and social sectors. Kristin's experience spans directing federal initiatives, building departments and portfolios, transforming large-scale public health programs, and advancing health equity through integrated systems rather than silos. As Vice President of Operations and Strategy at INCITE Consulting Solutions, Kristin sits on the executive team, overseeing organizational effectiveness, operations, and strategic direction for the firm, while leading internal organizational development and providing executive clients with high-impact strategic advising and expertise. Her past leadership portfolio includes directing the Health Resources and Services Administration's (HRSA) Center for Ryan White Sustainable Strategies, leading the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration's (SAMHSA) Minority AIDS Initiative Continuum of Care, and guiding regional grantees for SAMHSA's Primary and Behavioral Health Care Integration (PBHCI) program.

Operating at the intersection of policy, practice, and purpose, Kristin guides complex systems toward meaningful impact and orients her career around the north star that health outcomes are shaped long before clinical interventions. She speaks nationally on harm reduction, integrated care models, transdisciplinary communication, addressing social determinants/impediments of health (SD/IoH), and works to challenge systemic barriers to care.
